By choosing the right airline and shipping equipment, we offer your precious animal the shortest, safest and most comfortable route.

Horses are loaded by two (best shipping conditions) or by three (more economical) in special horse containers and are accompanied by a specialised in-flight-attendant.  This can be either an employee of the airline that is used, or somebody from our own organisation. Not only do they provide water and hay, but they also continuously monitor the well being of our four-legged passengers.  And in case there should be any need for it:  horse attendants provided by OHS have a veterinary background.

For shipments of a large quantity of horses at a time (e.g. for competition purposes), Overseas Horse Services also arranges full charters, from/to Calgary international airport.  We have worked for prestigious competitions such as Spruce Meadows and other major events.
